Return Process

- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on where and how to send your return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return. If the returned item(s) meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective electronic item, please contact us immediately at support@edmfox.com. Provide details of the issue along with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a certain amount of days for the refund to post to your account.
